These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of petmoki.com and purchases from [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as PETMOKI ("PETMOKI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store Eligibility and Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete order, payment, contact, personalization, and shipping information.

2. Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, options, prices, and images accurately. Screen settings and handmade production may cause small variations in color, texture, grain, stitching, or placement. Such minor variations are not necessarily defects.

3. Personalized Orders

PETMOKI products may be made from customer-submitted photos and instructions. You are responsible for checking the selected product, options, leather color, spelling, shipping information, and uploaded files before submitting the order.

4. Photos and Customer Content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo, name, image, and instruction submitted to PETMOKI. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized content.

You grant PETMOKI and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to process payment, prepare artwork, manufacture and deliver the order, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Public marketing use requires separate permission unless you intentionally submit content for a public review, promotion, or feature.

5. Artwork Proof and Approval

After payment, our designer prepares an artwork proof. You are responsible for reviewing the pet's features, markings, colors, spelling, layout, and requested details. Your approval authorizes production based on that proof.

Production begins only after approval. The production timeline does not include time spent waiting for customer approval or requested revisions. Once the proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged because of a change of mind.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, pricing errors, prohibited content, technical errors, or inability to fulfill the request. If we cancel an accepted order before production for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the affected amount.

7. Prices, Payment, Taxes, and Duties

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are handled as stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. If such charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for them where permitted by law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Production and transit estimates are not the same. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Please review our Shipping Policy for production stages, estimated transit, tracking, address changes, customs, and delays.

9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Personalized orders are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

The store and its content, including PETMOKI branding, text, graphics, layouts, illustrations, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to PETMOKI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit store content without prior written permission.

11. Reviews and Public Content

If you submit a review or content for public display, you confirm it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and promote that public submission, subject to applicable law. You may contact us regarding removal requests.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access without authorization, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent claims, infringe intellectual property, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Some store functions are provided by Shopify and other third parties, including payment, delivery, analytics, and application providers. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. To the extent permitted by law, PETMOKI is not responsible for independent third-party content or conduct.

14. Disclaimers

Except for warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the store and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every technical error will be corrected immediately.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PETMOKI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from store use or an order. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PETMOKI against third-party claims arising from content you submitted without permission, your unlawful use of the store, or your material violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law
