How does the preview approval work? +
After you order, we email you a hand-drawn sketch of your portrait within 48 hours. We only start carving once you approve it — one round of tweaks is always free.
What photo should I send? +
A sharp, well-lit shot where their face fills the frame. Natural daylight is best. Unsure? Send a few and we will pick the one that carves best.
Can you carve any pet? +
Dogs and cats are most common, but rabbits, horses, birds and guinea pigs have all made it onto leather. If you love them, we can carve them.
Will it last? +
Vegetable-tanned leather deepens in colour and softens with handling — it is made to be carried daily for decades, and every piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty.
