A Digital Artwork Proof Made for Your Order
The proof is a digital preview of the custom portrait design that will guide the crafting of your leather keepsake. It gives you a chance to review the portrait before we begin making the physical product.
This is not an instant automated preview. Our designer prepares the artwork after your order and photo upload are complete.
Please approve the proof only when you are comfortable with the portrait. The approved artwork becomes the visual guide for production.

Approval Controls the Production Timeline
Production does not begin while we are waiting for your reply or revising the artwork. A delayed response may extend the overall delivery timeline. Design time, production time and shipping time should be considered separately.

Will I receive a proof before my keepsake is crafted?
Yes. After your order is placed, our designer prepares the artwork and sends it for your review. Crafting begins only after you approve the final proof.
Is the artwork preview generated instantly?
No. PETMOKI uses a human-designed proof process. Your artwork is prepared after checkout using the photo and information submitted with your order.
Can I request a change to the artwork?
You can respond before approval and explain what you would like adjusted. The clarity and suitability of the source photo can affect what changes are possible.
What happens if my uploaded photo is not suitable?
If the photo does not clearly show the details needed for the portrait, our team may contact you and request a clearer reference before the design or crafting process continues.
Can I change the design after I approve it?
Once the final proof is approved, the order may move into production and further changes may no longer be possible. If you notice a problem after approval, contact us immediately at support@petmoki.com.
Does waiting to approve affect my delivery date?
Yes. Production remains paused until the final artwork is approved, so a delayed reply can extend the overall order timeline.
